Archbishop Giacomo Morandi, has perjured. He chose to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and then make an Oath of Fidelity, as the new Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican.
He considers the Athanasius Creed obsolete, rejects the Syllabus of Errors and interprets Vatican Council II and all the Catechisms, with an irrational premise to create a rupture with Tradition.So his Oath of Fidelity, seems a vow to support heresy, modernism and rebellion.
He has officially condemned the traditionalist Brother Andre Marie MICM, for not interpreting Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, irrationally, as he does -and so also Archbishop Augustine di Noia, the Adjunct Secretary of the CDF.
Morandi was present at the Placuet deo Press Conference in 2016 when Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, suggested Lumen Gentium 8 was an exception to traditional EENS.

This is being done by the ecclesiastics today at the CDF.
It is the same with the popes from Pope Paul VI to Pope Francis.They can officially correct the error.They can admit that the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) made an objective error.

They have been informed but for practical reasons they continue to support new, heretical doctrine.The Oath of Fidelity is meaningless at the CDF.
