Poland's Constitution is still secular because of the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II.It did away with the past ecclesiology.Poland's Conference of Bishops need to affirm Vatican Council II and other magisterial documents without the irrational premise. Then they will theologically and doctrinally return to the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church which was there at the time of the Austrian-Hungarian Catholic Empire.
The past ecclesiology I call Feeneyism and the present new ecclesiology, I call Cushingism.
The Vatican and the Left supports a Cushingite interpretation of Vatican Council II. So this creates a break with traditional Mission, ecumenism, ecclesiology etc.It is a general rupture with Tradition.
With Feeneyism, Poland can affirm the past ecclesiology upon which was based the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State. This would be a priority for saving souls since outside the Church there is no salvation.There is no known salvation, according to the exclusivist ecclesiology of Vatican Council II( AG 7) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church( 845,846,1257 etc).
Presently the liberals and traditionalists in the Catholic Church in Poland, interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism.So there can be no real doctrinal Restoration there.
