John XXIII Foundation for Religious Sciences (FSCIRE), the "Bologna School, interprets Vatican Council II with the common false premise.There is no transparency on this issue

The John XXIII Foundation for Religious Sciences (FSCIRE), the headquarters of the so-called "Bologna School," guaranteed another juicy yearly million-euro funding for 2020–2022,from the Italian government according to Sandro Magister. The report by Juliana Freitag is posted on Church Militant TV. 1

What is not being reported is that  Alberto Melloni, Church historian and director of the Foundation since 2007, interprets Vatican Council II with the common false premise and so there is an artifical rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology,an ecumenism of return and 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). There is no transparency on this issue from the  FSCIRE.

If it is known that Vatican Council II interpreted rationally is traditional on extra ecclesiam nulla salus,  he may not receive his millions from the government.

It is important for Matteo Salvini to understand this.
Then he can question the interpretation of Vatican Council II by the Bologna School and the present two popes, who are inclined to the Left.-Lionel Andrades

Andrea Torneilli and the Vatican Press Office by now know that they interpret Vatican Council II with the irrational model and not the rational one.Pope Francis is probably informed and he must be saying that that we cannot go back to Tradition and the past and yet we cannot interpret Vatican Council II irrationally. We cannot irrationally interpret the Creeds and Catechism. There cannot be a false profession of faith( Professio Fidei).
