The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) needs to follow God and not man.Their interpretation of Vatican Council II, Catechisms and Creeds would only then be Magisterial.Their interpretation of Vatican Council II is Magisterial only with Feeneyism and not Cushingism.
The Holy Spirit cannot teach error and support their present objective mistake.
It is a fact of life that there are no objective exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) in 1965-2020.The CDf cannot pretend that there exceptions to EENS and so please important lobbies.
If the Catholic Church has to go through persecution then so be it.The CDF must not change doctrine,by using a false premise and inference and then live comforatble in error.

Archbishop Vigano could comment upon how he supports the non Magisterial interpretation of Vatican Council II and uses the New Theology to interpret the Council. The New Theology is based upon the false premise and inference.
