The Judiciary in Italy, the Roman Rota, the Signatura, the Vatican Tribunal - are all interpreting Vatican Council II with the false premies and inference and they are not aware of it.
Cardinal Raymond Burke is also part of the common problem.
All the judges in general in the secular courts of Italy are interpreting Vatican Council II with the irrational premise.
