Catholic children need to be told that the Church teaches in Vatican Council II ( interpreted rationally) that all non Catholics are oriented to Hell without Catholic faith and the baptism of water (AG 7) and that they need to enter and remain in the Catholic Church, to avoid the fires of Hell.This is the will of God the Father who wanted all people to be united in the Catholic Church(CCC 845). The Church is like the Ark of Noah that saves in the flood(CCC 845). Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation (CCC 846). LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II are not practical exceptions to 24Q and 27Q in the Catechism of Pope Pius X
