Jim Russel who wrote 'The Strange Doctrine of Fr. Feeney' which was posted on Church Militant TV, interpreted LOHO( Letter of the Holy Office 1949) and Vatican Council II, with the false premise. Then he criticized Fr. Leonard Feneey for not using the same false premise and so contradicting LOHO and Vatican Council II. Russell and Michael Voris will still not acknowledge the mistake
