The Diocese of Manchester 's doctrinal position is shaky, they are asking too much from the Catholic faithful in New Hampshire, USA. They interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise and do not deny it. They interpret the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance with a false premise and do not deny it. The interpret the Creeds and Catechisms with a false premise, expect the people to do the same and do not deny this. They have placed sanctions (educational, religious, political and social) upon the St. Benedict Center for not interpreting Magisterial documents with the same flagrant dishonesty, which the bishop does not deny. The Chancellor, Meredith Cook is a lawyer and the Judicial Vicar, Fr. Georges de Laire, do not deny any of these charges.
