If someone is not there and you assume that he or she is there and you begin reasoning , assuming that person is there, then you are using a false premise.Pope Francis, Pope Benedict and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise. They assume unknown cases of LG 8, UR 3, GS 22 etc are known exceptions to 16th century EENS. They are known! So they become practical exceptions. Then they reject 16th century EENS. They assume invisible cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance are visible exceptions to the strict interpretation of EENS. This is human error and not the teaching of the Magisterium, Tradition and Scripture
