Similarly it is a mistake for Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria when in two theological papers of the International Theological Commission, Vatican, they considered Lumen Gentium 16 etc as exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.This was a factual mistake.It is a fact of life that there are no BOD, BOB and I.I cases visible to us. If they existed they could only be known to God
