Bishop Robert Barron and Dr. Taylor Marshall interpret Vatican Council II with the same false premise. The former accepts the conclusion while the latter rejects it.With the false premise there is a non traditional conclusion, a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition, which the popes and the USCCB accept. If Taylor Marshall did not use the false premise the conclusion would be traditional. There would be no New Theology any more
