He wants Catholics to interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with the false premise and so reject the strict interpretation of EENS.He wants a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.

He actually wants Catholics to believe that there is known salvation outside the Church when humanly speaking there can be no known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church.There can be no known cases of the baptism of desire etc. For us humans there can be no practical exceptions to EENS.

He wants Catholics to interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc irrationally and then create a false rupture with  Tradition.He wanted to make  the Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24 Q, 27 Q) obsolete.

For 55 years he maintained the false narrative on Vatican Council II and there still  is no apology from him.-Lionel Andrades
