Pope Paul VI abandoned the Oath Against Modernism since it had become obsolete with Vatican Council II and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 interpreted with the false premise. So there was no more exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. Dogmas and doctrines were rejected and changed. 

Now there are two interpretations of Vatican Council II with two different conclusions. It is the same with the Nicene Creed and so also the Profession of Faith. -Lionel Andrades
