The cardinal who issued the Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO)1949, made an objective mistake when he assumed that invisible and unknown cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were objective exceptions to the traditional strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus as affirmed by Fr. Leonard Feeney.So when the Council Fathers cited the LOHO in Vatican Council II(1965) it was not magisterial.The Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake.This is human error.
