 When Vatican Council II is interpreted with Feeneyism, Pope Benedict can no more ask, "What is the purpose of mission when Vatican Council II says there is salvation outside the Church". With Feeneyism, Vatican Council II does not say there is salvation outside the Church,since LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are only hypothetical and theoretical cases .
