Cardinal Robert Sarah , Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship, interprets Magisterial documents(Creeds and Catechisms) with a false premise and offers Holy Mass. With the false premise the Creeds are changed and this is an impediment in any Rite

 In Britain the liberals bishops and priests offer Holy Mass while interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise  and inference  to create a New Theology produces a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology  of the Catholic Church. This was the theology of the Catholic Church at the time of the English Martyrs.

So today there is no difference between the New Theology of the Novus Ordo and Latin Mass.

Even Bishop Arthur Roche, Secretary, Congregation for Divine Worship, Vatican offers Holy Mass while assuming LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc  are objective exceptions  to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus.He maintained this policy when he was bishop of Leeds and Auxiliary Bishop of  Westminister.

This was also the interpretation of Vatican Council II by the former secretaries of the Congregation for Divine Worship, Augustine di Noia and Annibale Bugnini (1969–1975)

This interpretation of the Council is irrational. There is an objective error.
