Only priests who change the understanding of Magisterial documents and teachings in public, are allowed to offer Holy Mass at the FSSP church in Rome.Fr. Zuhlsdorf meets this condition

 Fr.John Zuhlsdorf cannot offer Holy Mass in Latin at the FSSP church Santissima Trinita dei Pellegrini, Rome, since he is not yet incardinated in a diocese.

Fr.Z is politically correct on Vatican Council II like Cardinal Malcolm Ranjit.His knowledge of the Latin Mass could be useful for the seminarians in Sri Lanka who speak English and are taught also in English.
