The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the Left are now declaring Catholics who do not interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise, as legally not being Catholics.Since without the false premise Vatican Council II does contradict the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and there being exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church according to the Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, Catechism of the Catholic Church( 24 Q,27Q)etc
