The Catechetical Office which Pope Francis visited last month when he said that Vatican Counci lI is obligatory for all to believe in, is interpreting the Council with a fake premise and so is not teaching that there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church.
Without the false premise Catechesis changes. -Lionel Andrades
