Canon Law does not permit the President and Secretary of the Italian bishops conference and the officials of the National Catechectical Center, Italy to deny the Athanasius Creed  and the Syllabus of Errors of Pius IX in the name of the Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally and not rationally. Every juridical person has to be a Catholic and affirm the teachings of the Catholic Church.They must affirm Vatican Council II, rationally.- Lionel Andrades
