Canonically he does not qualify to be a pope. Since even a Rector and Parish Priest, according to Canon Law, has to be a Catholic in public. He must affirm the teachings of the Catholic Church in public

Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II irrationally. He changes the meaning of the Nicene and Athanasius Creeds. He rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, interpreted rationally. Instead he interprets the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance irrationally. They are physically visible and not invisible for him. They are objective exceptions for EENS and not just hypothetical and subjective references. If they were invisible for him he would be affirming Tradition. He would be a traditionalist.

A pope who cannot affirm the Creeds in public? He cannot affirm the dogma EENS in public? He cannot affirm the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX in public?

So how is Pope Francis allowed to offer Holy Mass? Cardinals and bishops too in this condition are automatically excommunicated. Canonically he does not qualify to be a pope. Since even a Rector and Parish Priest, according to Canon Law, has to be a Catholic in public. He must affirm the teachings of the Catholic Church in public.-Lionel Andrades
