Archbishop Viganò founds group to help priests and religious : hopefull it will be extended to Catholic communities who go for Holy Mass in the vernacular . They have been thrown out of seminaries and cancelled as priests because they affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus which is not contradicted by Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano is still not interpreting Vatican Council II rationally. He chooses to interpret the Council irrationally. If he is honest in his interpretation of VaticanCouncil II,  they will accuse him of being Anti Semitic and they will come for his money.The Council will not have any exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
