The Parish Priest has to tell his assistant priests, altar servers, sacristans, choirs, scouts and general congregation to rationally, interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, in Vatican Council II and then his parish will return to Tradition.

We have a problem at Sant Agapito. When I go there for the evening Mass in Italian, the priest can no more put down the belief in Hell and run down the Middle Ages, with his liberal interpretation of Vatican Council II.

The New Moral Theology, New Ecumenism, New Theology, New Ecclesiology and New Evangelization are now obsolete. They were based upon the dishonest interpretation of Vatican Council II.

We are back to the old Moral Theology, when the Council is interpreted rationally. The old moral theology, old theology and old ecclesiology support Traditional Mission and Morals and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), as it was known for centuries.

So the priest needs to speak about mortal sin, the danger of going to Hell and the need for the Sacrament of Confession.

For example, homosexual unions and homosexual acts have always been mortal sins. They can no more be condoned by interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally and then saying that the Council supports a new ecclesiology, it has made EENS obsolete, and this is a revolution in the Church. There is a new revelation ….

So future priests, and vocations to the religious life are restricted by Vatican Council II ( rational) .They  will  have to affirm that outside the Church there is no salvation ( Fourth Lateran Council 1215).

Fr. Paolo Bomis the Parish Priest at Sant Agapito, Largo Preneste, near Termini, Rome, his assistant priests and the rest of the parish have only one option now. They have to interpret LG 8,14,15,16 etc rationally. So the approved Catechists in the parish would be dishonest if future catechesis was based upon Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. They cannot continue to interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16 etc, as being visible people in the present times saved outside the Catholic Church.

Morally we only have the rational option. So this would be the only interpretation of the Auxiliary Bishops of Rome and the religious communities. Annual, renewal of vows will have its foundation only on Vatican Council II interpreted ethically.

The traditionalist-liberal division in the Catholic Church has ended. Since at the Novus Ordo Mass they have only one option – to get back to Tradition.

The people presently do not know that they have a choice. They interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16. UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, as being physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church, they are alleged non Catholics saved outside the Church in particular and known cases in the present times. So they are projecting alleged objective exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (which Pope Pius XII called an ‘infallible teaching’) and the past exclusivist ecclesiology; the teaching on the Church having exclusive salvation.

The people have a choice. With the rational and so honest interpretation of LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, the Catholic Church returns to the past. There is continuity with the Church of the middle Ages and the Church Fathers and Apostles. Once again the Catholic Church has unity in doctrines and theology.-Lionel Andrades

For about 50 or more Scouts in the parish LG 8, 14, 15,16 etc refer to hypothetical cases only.So the Scouts, Catholic and non Catholic, would have to interpret Vatican Council II, as being orthodox and traditional. They have a moral obligation to be rational and not irrational.

Fr. Paulo Boumis, parish priest at the church San Agapito, Rome, knows that now we have a choice. We can interpret Vatican Council II , irrationally like Pope Paul VI or we can interpret the Council, rationally, like me.
