Kiko  Arguello the founder of the Neo Catechumenal Way must re-consider his Redemptoris Mater seminaries coordinating with the Allen Hall Catholic seminary, London.It uses irrational Cushingism theology to re-interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with Tradition.It does the same with other magisterial documents.There is no denial from them.

Their interpretation of Vatican Council II is a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church and the Syllabus of Errors.They choose the hermeneutic of rupture and reject the hermeneutic of continuity.
