No denial from Rector of Allen Hall, Catholic seminary,London : interprets LG 16 as a rupture with EENS and the Syllabus of Errors

There is is no denial from the Rector of the Allen Hall, Catholic seminary in London.I e-mailed him the report on this blog.1
Unlike me , he interprets Lumen Gentium 16 as referring to known and visible, non Catholics, saved outside the Catholic Church.So LG 16 makes Vatican Council II a rupture with extra ecclesiam nulla salus(Feeneyite) the Syllabus of Errors and the past ecclesiology of the Church.
He and the faculty at Allen Hall,in the Archdiocese of Westminister, have a choice.Like me they can interpret LG 16,LG 8,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as referring to theoretical and hypothetical cases in 2018.So they are not exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus.They are not exceptions to the past ecumenism of return and no salvation outside the Church according to the missionaries and Magisterium of the  16th century.-Lionel Andrades
