This is also the modernism of Roberto dei Mattei, Chris Ferrara and other traditionalists who give talks or write articles on modernism and/or the new theology and are exponents of it themselves.
Fr.Tomasso Stancati O.P at the Angelicum University, Rome confirms this in the new academic calendar (2016-2017) . It is the same in the Handbook of Studies for 2018-19.
He expresses this in an introduction to the new ecclesiology( new theology) of Vatican Council II, specifically Lumen Gentium.( Introduzione teologica alla nuova ecclesiologia cattolica del Concilio Vaticano II: la Costituzione dogmatica sulla Chiesa Lumen Gentium.) He means he will interpret Lumen Gentium 16, 8 and 14 as referring not to invisible cases in 2016 but as personally known and visible persons.So Lumen Gentium becomes a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, as it was known in the 14 th to 16th century.He does the same in 2018.
If he did not mix up what is hypothetical as being objective there would be no explicit exception to the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Church.Also Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus would be traditional and according to the old ecclesiology.However by using the Magisterial Heresy of the second part of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949, the objective error, he can get away with innovation in theology which is a break with Tradition.It is a theology, which is irrational (visible exceptions to EENS), non traditional( rejection of EENS) and heretical ( rejection of EENS and Vatican Council II which is Feeneyite). 2
This is also how Vatican Council II is interpreted by Steve Skojec, Hilary White, Ann Barnhardt, Maike Hickson,David Domet and Mattei, Ferrara and Ripperger. This is modernism. These are traditionalists who are modernists and who do not deny it.
Since if they denied it they would have to affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the 'Feeneyite' version and they do not want to do this.
There is a report critical of the New Theology on the websites 1Peter 5 and Whisperers of Restoration. It is written by Roberto dei Mattei and no where does he mention his moderbistic interpretation of Vatican Council II.
Neither will this group of traditionalists correct the error being repeated by the liberal theologians at the pontifical universities cited here.How can they? They are using the same reasoning.This was how Archbishop Lefebvre and Pope Paul VI interpreted Vatican Council II and Cardinal Ratzinger did not correct the error, but maintained the modernism.
Also there is no one to correct all this at the Catholic universities.This is the new ideological presentation of Ecclesiology , the 'new ecclesiology', in the pontifical universities.
The aim is: get rid of the old ecclesiology. The Church does not believe any more in the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
So Fr.Peter Paul Saldhana when he teaches this course at the Urbanianum, in his Bliography he includes :

For Fr.Saldhana too, LG 16( invincible ignorance) , LG 8( elements of sanctification and truth), LG 14 (implicit desire, invincible ignorance) refer to explicit, objective seen in the flesh cases in 2015. Since they are concrete and not abstract cases they become for him exceptions to the old ecclesiology, the extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the popes and saints.
No one is there to correct Fr.Saldhana, Fr.Stancoti, Fr.Francesco Giordana and Mobeen Shahid and tell them LG 16, LG 8, LG 14 could be interpreted as being implicit, invisible and hypothetical.So they are not exceptions to the old ecclesiology. There is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict the old ecclesiology. The new ecclesiology is created by assuming LG 16, LG 8, LG 14 are visible to us in real life. This is irrational.It is no surprise that they call all this a 'mystery'.
John Lamont recently gave an abstract talk on the New Theology at the Lepanto Foundation conference in Rome and did not mention how he and other traditionalists use the same new theology to interpret Vatican Council II, EENS and other magisterial documents.
He will not mention how the websites Rorate Caeili,LMC Chairman, Correspondenza Romano and IPeter5 refuse to interpret Vatican Council II without the irrationality since then it will prove that Archbishop Lefebvre and the SSPX, and they themselves, had made a mistake all these years. They were examples of modernism even though some of them may have taken an Oath Against Modernism.

Like them the website Whispers of Restoration contributes to interpreting Vatican Council II with the hermeneutic of rupture.They are part of the problem as is Remnant News.
If they did not make the same mistake as the professors at the pontifical universities, then there would be no change in the ecclesiology of the Church.There would be no theological opening for the New Ecumenism and they would be affirming the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of 16th century.
But they are not going to do this for personal reasons. They will produce their modernist websites, give their modernist talks remain non controversial and then claim that they are following Tradition.-Lionel Andrades
