Only by denying the Faith the Pontifical Seraphicum University, Rome can provide academic degrees in theology or Kolbean Studies.

I am a Kolbean when I affirm extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).At the Seraphicum University, Rome where they have special studies on St. Maximillian Kolbe they are pro-evil.It is a victory for the infiltrators of the Catholic Church.The very people whom St. Maximillian  warned about, now control the Catholic universities and decide what is Kolbean studies.Usually, they are teachings approved by the Jewish Left and the synagogue of Satan.You can get a doctorate in Kolbean studies but are not able to say that St.Maximillian Kolbe believed all Jews, and other non Catholics, were on the way to Hell since they were not members of the Catholic Church and that this is the teaching of the Church today according to Vatican Council II and other magisterial documents interpreted without the false premise.

He held the the 'rigorist'interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus  and expressed it as an editor.This was still the teaching of the Catholic Church in the 1930's  and 10 years later the Masons would have a big victory at Boston, when even the pope and the cardinals would be silent as a dogma on salvation would be changed with an irrationality, that even a young boy could see through.


KOLBE STUDIES A RUPTURE WITH ST.MAXIMILLIAN KOLBE

So you can complete Kolbean Studies at the Seraphicum University  but you will have to interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with St. Maximillian Kolbe's understanding of salvation and for this you have to use the irrational premise i.e unknown non Catholics saved outside the Church are known in real life.

OFFICIAL RUPTURE WITH SYLLABUS OF ERRORS

This means officially there is a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors ( ecumenism of return) and the old catechisms ( outside the Church there is no salvation).Without the irrationality there would not be any new theology, new ecumenism, new ecclesiology and new evangelisation.

EXPULSION FROM SERAPHICUM

If a student who understands Polish, translates the writings of  Maximillian Kolbe, into Italian or English on his own,  and then distributes copies, in Rome,  he would be expelled by the Seraphicum and his scholarship ended. It is the same at the other pontifical universities in Rome controlled by the Freemasons and the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.The pro Kolbean student would not be allowed to complete his or her studies in Rome.


THEOLOGY IN ITALY IS CONTROLLED BY THE STATE

I have been through this at the Legion of Christ University, UPRA  in Rome and then at the Beda Pontifical College( seminary) in Rome.

The priest-professors at these universities are afraid of being suspended and losing their teaching jobs.The baccalaureate degrees given are controlled by the Italian Republic and the mandatam to teach theology is given by the Vatican or the local bishops. So theology is controlled and it cannot be Kolbean or even according to St. Bonaventure or St. Francis of Assisi on no salvation outside the Church.


CATHOLIC PROFESSORS TEACH A FALSEHOOD TO AVOID SUSPENSION

The Catholic professors teach the falsehood. They say that there are known cases of the baptism of desire(BOB), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I). These are supposedly known people saved outside the Church and they are practical exceptions to the dogma EENS as it was interpreted by Fr. Leonard Feeney- or St. Maximilliam Kolbe.

Invisible cases of the baptism of desire etc are assumed to be visible non Catholics in 2018, saved outside the Church.This is the teaching at the Seraphicum and they call it Franciscan.


VATICAN COUNCIL II HAS TO BE INTERPRETED AS A RUPTURE WITH KOLBEAN EENS

Then the professors who talk about the search for truth ,will teach their students that unknown cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, GS 22 etc mentioned in Vatican Council II are known examples of salvation outside the Church in the present times.They could name people whom they can see saved in Heaven without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7,LG 14). So Vatican Council II is interpreted by them as a rupture with the Kolbean understanding of EENS.This is the reasoning of adults who have to meet political agendas set before them.

With this lie and deception, the professors have met the conditions to teach theology and they would be acceptable to the Italian Leftist state and the popes.

SCHOLARSHIP ONLY FOR DISSENT AND HERESY

Since I interpret BOD, BOB and I.I as being hypothetical and invisible Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS, for me.So I am not allowed to enter the premises at UPRA or Beda College.If I too would say that there are visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and they are objective exceptions to Feeneyite EENS, I could probably continue with my studies from where I was forced to leave by the Rectors.Propaganda Fide would also finance my studies.Ecclesiastical Masonry would not object. 

Since then I would be rejecting the Syllabus of Errors, Feeneyite EENS and all the Catechisms on outside the Church there is no salvation.I would also be interpreting Vatican Council II with an irrationality and would be rejecting the Council interpreted without the false premise.

The professors, in heresy and mortal sin, may speak about the importance of truth as does Pope Francis, but will not be willing to defend the dogma EENS and interpret it in harmony with the Syllabus of Errors and the old ecclesiology of the St. Maximillian Kolbe.


FRANCISCAN CONVENTUAL FEARFUL AND  PRUDENT : HERESY AND SCHISM IS THE NORM.
The Seraphicum is run by the Franciscan Conventual community, the same community as St. Maximilliam Kolbe.
I know how fearful and prudent are their superiors at the house near Santa Anastasia al Palatino,Via San Teodoro, where Kolbe lived when he was studying in Rome.The Conventual Fathers are so afraid of the leftist laws in Rome that they will not even receive a pamphlet or discuss it. Like the FSSP priests, they will not provide their name and telephone number to assist Catholics who have questions.This would be unthinkable for them.

So it is only by denying the Faith that the Seraphicum can provide Licenciate and Doctorate degrees in theology or Kolbean Studies.
There is no more a Militia Immaculata since doctrine has been changed in the Catholic Church.
