La Notre Dame University, USA, rilascia una falsa laurea in teologia poiché l'insegnamento si basa su un'interpretazione irrazionale del Concilio Vaticano II. Il Concilio viene insegnato come una rottura con la Tradizione cattolica invece di sostenere un'ecclesiologia esclusivista, un ecumenismo del ritorno e EENS tradizionale
Patricia Hackett, la candidata al Congresso democratico che ha parlato alla Notre Dame Law School, non era in linea con il Concilio Vaticano II nella Chiesa Cattolica. Il Concilio sostiene un'ecclesiologia esclusivista. Ha conseguito un master in teologia all'Università di Notre Dame, secondo il National Catholic Reporter(NCR).Tuttavia, l'NCR non afferma che si tratta di una falsa laurea in teologia, poiché l'insegnamento si basava su un'interpretazione irrazionale del Concilio Vaticano II. Il Concilio fu interpretato come una rottura con la Tradizione.

Vatican Council II is the basis for the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King, the non separation of Church and State and a Catholic Constitution based upon the traditional faith and moral teachings of the Caholic Church.1
