 Canadian Catholics are interpreting Vatican Council II and Magisterial documents with a false premise. The error comes from the Baltimore Catechism and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. The Canadian Catholics can choose not to use the irrationality and the Church will then return to Tradition.
