The CDF's persecution of the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) is also political.Vatican Council II can be interpreted without the false premise and it is traditional.The CDF and the SSPX  could accept Vatican Council II and Tradition( EENS etc).

The CDF's original excommunicatioin of Fr. Leonard Feeney, as the Holy Office, and the persecution of the St. Benedict Center was also political. The baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance,never ever were exceptions to the strict interpretation of EENS.They were only hypothetical and theoretical cases and not real, known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church.-Lionel Andrades
