 The Vatican needs to clarify that all the books on Vatican Council II being used at the pontifical universities  are written with a false premise ( LG 8, LG 16 are assumed to be exceptions to EENS implying that they are physically visible cases) and this was approved by the popes and the Congregation for Catholic Education, Vatican and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican. -Lionel Andrades
