 There is big money from non Christian organisations being put into the pontifical universities in Italy. Their system is the same.

1. They will not affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)according to St. Thoma Aquinas and St. Augustine. 

2.They will project speculative and theoretical  cases in Vatican Council II(LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2 etc) as being known examples of salvation outside the Church; non Catholics saved  without the Sacraments.

3) Then they will consider EENS, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the Athanasius Creed and the Catechism of the Catholic Church( 24Q, 27Q) as being made obsolete.The New Theology would say outside the Church there is salvation.-Lionel Andrades
