There is an official agreement between the Italian Government and the Catholic ecclesiastics.Both groups interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise to create a false rupture with Catholic Tradition on EENS, Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX etc. This is not Catholic and neither diplomatic honesty. -Lionel Andrades
