The Council is legitimate and not a break with Tradition. The Council has to be re-interpreted rationally. When it is interpreted irrationally it is not Magisterial. It is not Magisterial or Apostolic when the Council is interpreted irrationally. LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc are always hypothetical. LG 8,14, 16 etc are not practical exceptions for Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and the Council of Florence (1442) on EENS. - Lionel Andrades
