The Franciscans of the Immaculate (Fr. Stefano Mannelli ffi) were not
invited for the golden jubilee celebration of their parish Santa Maria di
Nazareth, Boccea, Rome.But the Franciscans of the Immaculate (Fr. Bruno Affonso
ffi) were there. The bishops, priests and lay faithful at the parish-Mass do
not have unity.There is no unity on the Creeds.There is also division on Vatican Council II and the Catechism
of the Catholic Church. Today we know that there are two interpretations of Vatican Council II. One is rational and the other irrational. One Catholic and the other political.
The lawyer of the Comitato dell Immaculata reached an agreement with Bishop Gino Reali, some two years back, on the working of the parish. The new church
lies on, or is linked, to property owned by the Committee (Comitato). The lawyer
did not make it a condition that the bishop accept the Creeds and interpret
Vatican Council II rationally. This is even though the real division in the parish comes with
Vatican Council II and so the Terra Santa seminary is still closed.
Fr. Stefano Mannelli ffi rejects Vatican Council II interpreted
irrationally.The conclusion is nontraditional, dishonest, heretical and schismatic.
Pope Francis and the bishops accept this political interpretation of the Council.
The lawyer did not tell Bishop Gianrico Ruzza, the present bishop of the
diocese of Porta Santa Rufina, that his client suffers.The reason is the disunity in the Church. It is caused by Pope Francis' unethical interpretation of Vatican Council II. The pope's liberalism is based upon a fake premise.
The lay group which owns the property of the Terra Santa seminary and old church are in the center of an ideological war in the parish and society at large.The Comitato members could be part of the lay Third Order of the Franciscans of the Immaculate. The Third Order was crudely banned by Pope Francis. Specific charges were never made public.
Pope Francis also closed down the Santa Maria Madre de Dios seminary in Mendoza, Argentina in the diocese of San Rafael. In a letter to the Rector he said the seminary was ‘rigid’. Vatican Council II was mentioned.
Pope Francis appointed Fr. Fidenzio Volpi to replace Fr. Stefano Mannelli . Volpi called the FFI ‘crypto Lefebvrist’. Vatican Council II was the issue. The Lefevbrists reject Vatican Council II (irrational).The primary issue was, and still is, Vatican Council II.In Rome the FFI would offer Mass in Italian. So the Mass was not the principal issue.
Cardinal Braz de Avez said that the FFI would have to accept Vatican Council II for canonical recognition. The Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate responded.They said that they accept Vatican Council II but it is not the liberal version of the newspapers. Thw Sisters did not mention Vatican Council II (rational).
So since 2013 the Terra Santa seminary is closed.The Franciscans will not accept Vatican Council II interpreted dishonestly.Pope Francis will not accept the Council interpreted rationally and honestly. Since he does not want a Council in harmony with Tradition.
Even the Catholic lawyer/lawyers would have to accept Vatican Council II (irrational) to be in good standing with the Vatican.
I affirm Vatican Council II (rational) and accept Tradition like the FFI. I am not dishonest like Pope Francis and the politicised Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.
When Pope Francis begins to interpret Vatican Council II rationally all the cardinals and bishops and priests will have to do the same. The whole Church comes back to Tradition. Then canonical recognition could be given to a traditional Franciscans of the Immaculate religious community.Since it would accept Vatican Council II (rational) and also Tradition, like Pope Francis. When the Church is traditional with the Councils, Creeds and Catechisms interpreted rationally, the Comitato dell Immaculate could consider handing their property to the Church.
But the priests who con-celebrated Mass in Italian last Sunday evening were not traditional or honest.Don Roberto Leoni, chancellor for the bishop, Don Reinaldo Cruz de Santana, sjc ( Societa Joseleitos de Cristo), the Parish Priest, Don Leandro Justino da Silva, sjc,Vicar in the parish, Fr. Giuseppe Grioni ffi, ex parish priest , Fr. Jose Veloso, the Brazilian ex assistant parish priest , Fr. Massimiliano M. Zingaharetti ffi, the new Vicar General for the FFI and Fr. John Francesco Lim ffi , are all politically correct with the Left on Vatican Council II ( irrational). For all of them Vatican Council II is a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So the Council in Lumen Gentium 8, 14 and 16, Unitatis Redintigratio 3, Nostra Aetate 2, Gaudium et Specs 22 etc, are practical and visible exceptions for the dogma EENS. In other words LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are objective people seen in the flesh. They have been saved outside the Church without faith and baptism. They would have to be visible people. Since invisible people cannot be exceptions for the dogma EENS, the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed, the Catechism of Pope Pius X and the rest of Tradition.
But this is non-sense. It is irrational. These priests cannot physically see any one saved outside the Catholic Church. If someone was saved as such it could only be known to God. So for us human beings there cannot be any objective exceptions for the dogma EENS and the rest of Tradition.
But for Pope Francis, Pope Benedict and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors have exceptions.Pope Benedict said that EENS today is no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century. There was 'a development' with Vatican Council II. He meant Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally has exceptions.
So Pope Francis, Cardinal Gianfranco Ghirlanda sj, the former Commissar for the FFI and Cardinal Ladaria are saying that there are visible cases of LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3,NA 2, GS 22 etc.
This is unethical. It is not Catholic.
They are forcing the Franciscans of the Immaculate and the Comitato dell Immaculata to accept this dishonesty in exchange, for the canonical recognition of the FFI, freedom for the Third Order and the re-opening of the Terra Santa seminary and old church.
This is coercion.

Franciscans of the Immaculate ( Latin group ) not present at the 50 years celebration of their parish in Boccea
Fr. Settimo Manelli ffi and Fr. Giovanni Manelli ffi and Fr. Paulo Siano ffi were not present yesterday evening at the 50 years celebration of their former parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Boccea, Rome. However the FFI priests who offer Mass in only Italian were present.The bishops who were invited could not be present it was announced. The old church of the parish which completes 50 years is in the possession of the lay members of the Franciscans of the Immaculate (FFI), the Comitato dell Immaculata. It must be remembered that Pope Francis closed down the Third Order of the FFI.
The doors of the old church are open day and night after a break in and systemic destruction of the interior over two weeks. The church has an open passageway to the old seminary building in front of it, which Pope Francis closed in 2013.
The Mass in Italian at the new church yesterday evening was concelebrated by Fr. John Francisco ffi, the former Superior of the FFI and Rector of the seminary.He was approved by Pope Francis, after Fr. Stefano Manelli ffi, was replaced by Fr. Fidenzio Volpi.Also concelebrating was Fr. Giseppe Grioni ffi, the former Parish Priest at this parish, Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea.There was also Fr. Jose Vellozo, who was the Assistant Parish priest, after the Comitato dell Immaculate asked the Franciscans of the Immaculate ( Fr. Affonso Bruno's group) to leave.A concelebrant yesterday was Fr. Maximmilian M. Zingaharetti ffi ,the new Vicar General, and member of the new administration of the FFI, which has replaced the Commissar. There was no mention of the re-opening of the FFI seminary and church.
Before the intervention of Pope Francis in this Selva Candida-parish, some 10 or 11 years back I would attend Mass here offered in Italian and Latin by Fr. Settimo Mannelli ffi, the Parish Priest and Rector of the FFI seminary. He was not present yesterday.
At yesterday's Mass with Fr. Giuseppe and Fr. John Francesco present there was no mention of the Mannelli family and their contribution for the parish. The Mannellis were in the parish before Fr. Giuseppe and Fr. John Francesco were ordained priests.
Mass was followed by a procession with the statue of Our Lady through the streets of the parish.
The central problem in the parish, and Church, is the lack of Catholic faith and sacrifice.The priests who know the Catholic faith, are not proclaiming the Faith and this is being encourgaed by the Rome Vicariate.They do not want to be martyrs for Jesus Christ and His Church.Life in Boccea is also comfortable for the parishioners, most of whom drive to the church in their car.
There is tension with the Muslims of the area who come with threats. They want Catholics to follow Shariah. Then there is tension with the Masons of the Rome municipality who have their secular, anti-Catholic agenda. A school alongside the Chruch, which belonged to a Catholic missionary religious community, has been handed to Muslims and private ownership. There was no protest by the Catholics.
Muslim-Masonic police from countries like Pakistan, where Freemasony is banned, are the new 'magisterium' in this church, as in others.Muslims who do not believe there is exclusive salvation in only Jesus and the Catholic Church, do the Readings.Catholics like sheep respond , in the responsorial psalm.Those who do not affirm the Leftist agenda will be labelled 'terrorists' and then persecuted.
The Catholic Church is a community of believers. We have unity in doctrine and theology. Non Catholics who serve at the altar at morning Mass in this church of Santa Maria di Nazareth, are not part of the community of belivers.
Priests and altar servers must always be Catholic.There cannot be a non Muslim muezzin, for example, in a mosque calling Muslims to pray. This is something obvious.-Lionel Andrades
