Cardinal Ladaria and Archbishop Augustine Di Noia do not read Vatican Council II with the for and neutral to EENS method. They use the for and against EENS method : CDF's Placuit Deo emerges vague and confusing

Cardinal Ladaria  and Archbishop Augustine Di Noia  do not read Vatican Council II with the for and neutral to EENS method. They use the for an against EENS method. So for both of them 'elements of sanctification and truth'(LG 8) in other religions, contradicts orthodox passages in Vatican Council II like, 'all need faith and baptism' for salvation (AG 7).Vatican Council II contradicts itself for them-but not for me.
Cardinal Ladaria cites LG 8 as an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) at the Press Conference on Placuit Deo.While Archbishop Di Noia quoted LG 8 as an exception to EENS in an interview with Edward Pentin for the National Catholic Register ( 07/01/2012 ).1
None of the journalists at the  Press Conference on March 1,2018 knew about this. It still seems a secret for them.Otherwise they would have objected to the deception and shouted out ,"Lumen Gentium 8 refers to hypothetical and theoretical cases, so how can they be relevant or exceptions to EENS, your Eminence?".
Archbishop Augustine di Noia at Ecclesia Dei gave the same deceptive line to Edward Pentin when he was asked directly about EENS.LG 8 was an exception to EENS Di Noia repeated on cue.LG 8. The same LG 8 of Cardinal Ladaria on March 1.
Pentin let it pass. No protest.Six years have passed and there still  is no protest from him.
He did not ask Archbishop Di Noia to please explain to him how can LG 8 be an exception to EENS, when there are no  practical exceptions in daily life and even the Vatican Council II-text does not directly say so.So this was Di Noia's personal inference?
Di Noia was possibily testing Pentin's intelligence and got away with again just as Cardinal Ladaria did it on a big scale at the Placuit Deo Press Conference.
Archbishop Augustine Di Noia told Pentin in the interview that he knew of a good Anglican, whom he was sure, would go to Heaven, even though he was outside the Church.Di Noia was saying that there was known salvation outside the Church for him.Sounds familiar? Known cases of LG 8.Known cases of LG 16. Known cases of GS 22.All known people who will be saved outside the Church.Practical exceptions to EENS.
For him BOD.BOB and I.I were also practical exceptions to EENS and so he approved this error in two theological papers of the International Theological Commission, of which he was and probably still is, a member.
This is a rejection of Catholic salvation and moral theology by assuming we can know of exceptions in real life to Jesus'  teachings. They can also decide how Jesus will judge an individual person on the Day of Judgement, whom they admire or know.An Anglican or Lutheran is going to be saved outside the Church. He will die without mortal sins on his soul in future...The same 'exceptions ruse' was used in Amoris Laetitia.
Di Noia is saying that he and others can judge an exception to the rule when we know that if there was an exception it would only be known to God.
Di Noia was also reading Vatican Council II with the for and against EENS method.
With this irrational reasoning at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Placuit Deo emerges vague and confusing. It does not directly say that all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation( to avoid Hell). It does not say that there are only Catholics in Heaven and all non Catholics are oriented to Hell, unless they become members of the Church with Catholic Faith.
It does not cite Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 to support  the old exclusivist understanding of salvation. It does not say that there can only be an ecumenism of return since Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS.
They get away with all this since Catholics in general interpret Vatican Council II with the for and against EENS method and the Magisterium is not going to educate them about the for and neutral to EENS method to interpret Magisterial documents,  which is a rational, traditional and non heretical option.-Lionel Andrades

'I don’t know if you can blame this on the Council so much as the emergence of a theological trend that emphasized the possibility of salvation of non-Christians. But the Church has always affirmed this, and it has never denied it. …The Council did say there are elements of grace in other religions, and I don’t think that should be retracted. I’ve seen them, I know them — I’ve met Lutherans and Anglicans who are saints.' - Archbishop Augustine di Noia ( 07/01/2012 ), Archbishop Di Noia, Ecclesia Dei and the Society of St. Pius X, National Catholic Register.
