After the Columbian bishops excommunicated Jose Galat, Pope Francis visited the country and met with the bishops. He approved the excommunication.Pope Francis has good relationships with the Archbishop of Palermo,Italy who has excommunicated Fr. Alessandro M. Minutella.
The Archbishop has also threatened to excommunicate all those who meet Fr.Minutella at prayer meetings.
Then the traditionalists at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire have been told by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Diocese of Manchester, that they cannot legally say that they are Catholics.The St. be Benedict Center interpret the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), like the Magisterium and missionaries in the 16th century.
It may be mentioned that Jose Galat accused Pope Francis for denying the teachings on salvation.
Galat accused Pope Francis of spreading teachings "in contradiction to the Catholic faith":
- A theory of the doctrine of the salvation of all beings, which "openly opposes the word of the Lord, Matthew 22:14";
- The assertion that proselytizing is a "stupidity," which contradicts the maxim of Matthew 28:19
- The reception of communion for adulterers, against which the Apostle Paul turns in 1 Cor. 11: 27. 1
Then there is the case of Fr. Vaughn Treco also excommunicated for a sermon which does not except Vatican Council II as a rupture with Tradition.
Remember Maria Divine, the Irish mystic who was maligned by the Archbishop of Dublin ? She said that a time will come when those who are faithful to the teachings of the Church will be excommunicated.She also said many other relevant things.
Now on Sept. 21 Pope Francis will visit Albano, Italy according to Bishop Semararo.
Bishop Semararo has already announced that those who frequent the SSPX chapel in Albano,are excommunicated. Albano is the headquarters of the SSPX in Italy.
The SSPX still rejects Vatican Council II(Cushingite) which Bishop Semararo accepts. The SSPX are correct here. Vatican Council II(Cushingite) is heretical because with an irrational premise and inference an artificial rupture is created, with Tradition( Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors).
But the SSPX have still not discussed Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite).It is traditional.No one is asking Rome to come back to the Faith with Vatican Council II( Feeneyite).
Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) supports Tradition and the SSPX could be excommunicated for not accepting Vatican Council II.
On line the SSPX still sells a book, Is Feeneyism Catholics? ( Angelus Press). It interprets EENS and Vatican Council II with Cushingism. It also interprets the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) with Cushingism. A superficial rupture is created between BOD,BOB and I.I and EENS, when no rupture really exists.Similarly an artifical rupture is created by the author of the book Fr. Francois Laisney, between Vatican Council II and EENS and the past ecclesiology and an ecmenism of return.
Similarly Fr. Francois would interpret all the popes before Pius XII as contradicting Feeneyite EENS. Since when they mention BOD, BOB and I.I they would refer to visible and known non Catholics saved outside the Church,for him.Quanta Cura and Mystici Corporis would be a rupture with Feeneyite EENS for Fr.Laisney and the SSPX bishops. This is irrational but this is the reasoning also of the seminarians at SSPX seminaries.
