What has happened to the reported on- going doctrinal talks between the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) ?

What has happened to the reported on- going doctrinal talks between the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) ?

1. When the CDF asked the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire,to accept the Catechism of the Catholic Church( n.847-848) as an exception to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) they were expressing doctrine.It's new and irrational  but it is their doctrinal position.

2.When the CDF approved Fr. Vaughn Treco being excommunicated for not interpreting Vatican Council II as a rupture with extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) it was a doctrinal issue.

If I was the Superior General of the SSPX, I would have corrected the CDF.

1.I would have told the CDF that CCC 847-848 and LG 16( invincible ignorance    ) are not objective cases of being saved in invincible ignorance.These are not practical exceptions to EENS.Neither do they contradict  Ad Gentes 7 ( all need faith and baptism for salvation).

2.Vatican Council II (LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc) is not a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology or an ecumenism of return.The CDF has not theological basis for the new ecumenism and new ecclesiology. Since there is no known salvation outside the Church for us humans.

This was the traditional doctrinal position of the Church before Pope Pius XII. 

So there is a mistake in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949( LOHO) .LOHO  assumed unknown cases of BOD,BOB and I.I  were practical exceptions to EENS. Invisible people were visible.Then upon this the New Theology and New Ecclesiology has been created.

Fr. Leonard Feeney was correct.There were no literal cases  of people saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(BOD), Baptism of blood( BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I).The Holy Office (CDF) was wrong in 1949. The CDF needs to admit their mistake and apologize .The SSPX must ask them to do it.

The Boston Heresy Case  really refers to the heresy of the CDF and Cardinal Cushing, the Archbishop of Boston.This has to be understood. 
Otherwise the Catholic is becomes irrational.The interpretation of Vatican Council II also becomes irrational. New doctrines are created which are false. -Lionel Andrades
