The New Theology is created with the false premise. Lumen Gentium 8, Lumen Gentium 14 etc are assumed to be visible and not visible cases of non Catholic saves outside the Church. So they are make objective exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus and examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church.

Without the New Theology Fr. Nato Ray would not be able to interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with Tradition ( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc ). -Lionel Andrades
