If Pope Francis announces that Vatican Council II is to be interpreted without the false premise Cardinal Kasper and Bishop Fellay would be on the same side.

 If Pope Francis announces that Vatican Council II is to be interpreted without the false premise  Cardinal Kasper and Bishop Fellay  would be on the same side. Cardinal Kasper would not interpret  Vatican Council II to create  liberalism and a rupture with Tradition(EENS etc).Bishop Fellay  would not interpret Vatican Council II to create a rupture with Tradition and then reject  the Council. The traditional-liberal concept and division will end. Since all could interpret Vatican Council II, rationally and in harmony with Tradition. -Lionel Andrades
