If Pope Francis announces that he will interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise then Cardinal Braz de Avez can do the same. So the Franciscans of the Immaculate could accept the Council, like them. The Council will be in harmony with Tradition

 

If Pope Francis announces that he will interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise then Cardinal Braz de Avez  can do the same. So the Franciscans of the Immaculate  could accept the Council, like them. The Council will be in harmony  with Tradition.

Since they would be affirming the Council and Tradition they are eligible for canonical recognition.
