If Pope Francis announces that Vatican Council II can be interpreted without the false premise it will mean the Archbishop-Secretaries of the CDF, Morandi and Di Noia, made a mistake in their communication with Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center, N.H, USA.They interpreted the Catechism of the Catholic Church(n.847-848) with the false premise.The mistake is posted on the website of the Diocese of Manchester, USA where the bishop is Bishop Peter Libasci.
