Maike Hickson would make no progress  if she would write on the issue of Pope Benedict's false New Theology, which he still defends. Since all the German bishops and cardinals use the New Theology to interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). The New Theology became official with the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO). It was used at Vatican Council II. So every one in general today  is following the official error in the Catholic Church. 

The German bishops have to be shown that without Pope Benedict's New Theology there is no basis for their liberalism. Since Vatican Council II interpreted without the New Theology would not be a rupture with EENS, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.

Now the German cardinals and bishops will not affirm the Syllabus of Errors and will cite Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise, the New Theology.So when meeting the German bishops this has to be clear for Maike Hickson. -Lionel Andrades
