June 19, 2024, Apparition of Our Lady to Marija Pavlovic-Lunetti Maria shared: Now we will ask our priests to bless us and our father bishop in a special way to bless us with a special blessing. People that are suffering, that are in the war - we ask the Queen of Peace to give us peace. Not only in our hearts, and in our families, but also in the whole world. Because she asked for this novena for peace in the world. And tonight we are going to pray in a special way for Ukraine, for Israel, and all countries where war is present. Tonight when Our Lady came she prayed again in her motherly language Aramaic. I recommended to Gospa all of us, all our intentions, everything that we have in our hearts, all of those who were mentioned in our prayers. In a special way I asked Gospa to intercede in front of her son Jesus for peace. Gospa prayed over us and blessed us all with her motherly blessing and she thanked us for every sacrifice we offered for her intentions, for this novena. And she said “I’ll see you tomorrow at the same time and same place” and left into heaven.

There is a general consensus that President Joseph Biden is interpreting Vatican Council II dishonestly. It means the Archbishop of Washington D.C, USA, Cardinal Wilton Gregory is doing the same. He is unethical when he confuses what is invisible (LG 16 etc) as being visible.

If the archbishop interpreted Vatican Council II rationally (LG 16 is invisible in 2024), then he would be a traditionalist, like those who follow the exclusivist ecclesiology of the old Roman Missal. It would be the Latin Mass at Mass in English. It would be the Latin ecclesiology even with the Syro Malabar or Amazon Rite, offered in Washington.

This was a discovery. It meant Vatican Council II was not a rupture with Tradition.
Some 15 years back I discovered that Lumen Gentium 16 (being saved in invincibile ignorance) etc were always hypothetical. So how could they be exceptions for Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus? This was a discovery. It meant Vatican Council II was not a rupture with Tradition.

Definition : fake premise, inference and conclusion and the rational premise, inference and conclusion.
The common fake premise is – invisible people are physically visible in 2024.
The common fake inference is – there are physically visible non Catholics in 2024 saved outside the Catholic Church without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.
So the conclusion; the expected false conclusion is that Vatican Council II is a rupture with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church. This is a New Theology in the Church. It says outside the Church there is known salvation.
All this reasoning I call Cushingism. This process of bad reasoning is common among the Cushingite popes, cardinals and bishops.
The rational premise is – invisible people are invisible in 2024. Lumen Gentium 16 etc refer to hypothetical cases only.
The rational inference is – there are no physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in 2024 without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.
The traditional and rational conclusion is that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. There are no objective exceptions for the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence (1441), the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q,27Q ) and the rest of Tradition.We are back to the old theology of the Roman Missal.
I call this reasoning Feeneyism.
Feeneyism and Cushingism, for me, refer to a way of thinking and not the two well known persons, Cardinal Richard Cushing and Fr. Leonard Feeney.
I interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance with Feeneyism. Cardinal Richard Cushing and the popes from Pius XII interpreted them with Cushingism.
I interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism ( invisible cases of Lumen Gentium 16 etc are invisible in 2024). Pope Paul VI and the popes who followed used Cushingism ( invisible cases of Lumen Gentium 14 are physically visible in 1965-2024).
In the 1920s and 1930's the Catholic Church was Feeneyite. Today it is Cushingite.

The Lionel Andrades Discovery on Vatican Council II is simple
It’s just this: LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc always refer to hypothetical cases only. They are always physically invisible in 1965-2023. We cannot meet anyone saved in invincible ignorance and a good conscience (LG 16) or with the baptism of desire (LG 14). If anyone was saved as such it would only be known to God.
This changes the interpretation of Vatican Council II. Ecclesiology changes. The Church returns to the past. We are back to the past ecclesiocentrism of the Middle Ages. Since speculative and theoretical cases of LG 8, 14, 15 16 etc, cannot be objective examples of salvation in the present times (2023). They are not practical exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors and the Catechism of Pope Pius X (24 Q, 27Q).
So we have the hermeneutic of continuity with the past exclusivist ecclesiology upon which was based traditional faith, morals and mission.
This is a rational and ethical interpretation of Vatican Council II and the only option the popes, cardinals and bishops now have.
When Alberto Melloni of the FSCIRE ( Bologna School), the professor-priests at the Biblicum, Gregorian, Angelicum and John Lateran Universities interpret LG 8,14, 15,16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, rationally, they automatically affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS. This is irrespective if they want to or not want to affirm Feeneyite EENS.
My Parish Priest Fr. Paulo Boumis, at the church San Agapito near Largo Preneste, Rome, the Missionaries of Charity of Mother Teresa-priests, the Auxiliary bishops of Rome and the theologians at the Ecclesia Mater, Rome Vicariate, agree with me. There is a general consensus among the bishops conferences (CEI,USCCB), the Rector of the seminaries and universities ( PNAC, Angelicum), the Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican and the Vicar General and Auxiliary Bishops of Rome- that President Joseph Biden chooses an irrational, nontraditional and dishonest interpretation of Vatican Council II.

There is no denial from the U.S State Department, the U.S Embassy to the Vatican.They agree. President Biden chose a false premise and inference to interpret Vatican Council II.
There is also no denial from Cardinal Fernandes, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican and Cardinal M. Zuppi, President of the Italian Catholic Bishops Conference (CEI). They agree with me. President Biden interprets Vatican Council II with a fake premise and inference to produce a non-traditional conclusion. They all agree with me. Everybody agrees me.

Vatican Council II (AG 7) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church (845,846) support 'the strict interpretation ' of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (with no exceptions) in Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14. LG 8,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II do not contradict Ad Gentes 7 and CCC 845-846. The Catechism of the Catholic Church 847-848( invincible ignorance etc) do not contradict CCC 845,846 ( outside the Church there is no salvation).
So Vatican Council II(AG 7) is saying that in Heaven there are only Catholics. It is in harmony with the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q,27Q), the Council of Trent etc.

President Joe Biden, a Catholic, interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and unethically. He chooses a false premise and inference. In this way the conclusion is nontraditional and liberal. We now know that LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc 1 in Vatican Council II can only be hypothetical cases in 2024. The President of the United States is unethical in his interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Creeds and Councils. He is faking it.
The American president is choosing to confuse LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, and GS 22 etc as being physically visible examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in 1965-2024. Then it is wrongly concluded that Vatican Council II has exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of three Church Councils which defined it. Exceptioins are also projected for the the ecclesiocentrism of the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX ( ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church).
Also the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and the ADL has to correct their interpretation of Vatican Council II.
President Biden supports a dishonest interpretation of Vatican Council II etc, which can be verified objectively. This is a secular issue.
Cardinals Fernandez, Zuppi and Gambetti agree with me in Rome that there are no physically visible cases of LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, and GS 22 etc, as referred to in Vatican Council II. In practical life we cannot see or meet anyone saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire. So Vatican Council II does not have any practical exception for the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation, as held by the Apostles and the Magisterium in the Middle Ages.
The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) must clarify for the president that LG 8 etc refer to invisible cases in 1949-2024. The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston made an objective mistake. It confused invisible cases of being saved with the baptism of desire as being visible exceptions for traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) ; Feeneyite EENS.
If President Biden would affirm Vatican Council II interpreted rationally i.e LG 8 etc, refer to invisible cases in 2024, he would be affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, with no known exceptions. He would be saying that all need Catholic faith and the baptism of water for salvation ( Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).

This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. The brethren divided from us also use many liturgical actions of the Christian religion. These most certainly can truly engender a life of grace in ways that vary according to the condition of each Church or Community. Catholic lay man in Rome. Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.
Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.
It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.
Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional?
