When Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano is asked if he accepts Vatican Council II, he should answer “Yes “and add,” Do Pope Francis and Cardinal Victor Fernandez accept Vatican Council II interpreted rationally?”

When asked if he accepts Pope Francis as the pope, he should reply, “Yes”, and add, “But only when Pope Francis accepts Vatican Council II interpreted rationally."

With Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally there is heresy and schism.
