Catholics need to appeal to their cardinals and bishops.Ask them to stop this irrationality and heresy at home and in Rome.

All the Auxiliary bishops at the Rome Vicariate make a mistake. They interpret hypothetical cases as not being hypothetical. They interpret hypothethical cases of  Lumen Gentium 8, Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16  as not being hypothetical. This is not rational. 

Also all the bishops in Rome, including the Cardinal-Prefect of the Vicariate, make another mistake. They wrongly interpret  unknown and hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance as being known.They imagine that these are references to personally known people. They are seen as  being objective people.Invisible cases are mistaken as visible in 2019.This is confusion.

How can unknown cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc,be known in 1965-2019 ?. Then they assume that these 'known non Catholics', are  literal exceptions to the  dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).So there is an artificial rupture created with EENS. There is a rupture with EENS as it was known  to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.

So now all the foreign priests who come to Rome  have to interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with this mistake. Invisible people are visible! They must wrongly assume invisible cases of BOD,BOB and I.I are visible.
Only with this false reasoning a rupture can be created with Tradition. Then after this false rupture with Tradition, the foreign priests are registered. They are registered (incardinated) by the Rome Vicariate and the Vatican.Without the lie they cannot be officially allowed to offer Holy Mass.

The priests could tell the truth. They could say that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc, are not visible. So LG 8 , LG 14, LG 16 etc, cannot be practical examples of salvation outside Church.This is the truth.However if they speak the truth they cannot offer Mass in Rome or the rest of Italy.

Similarly all the cardinals, bishops and priests abroad have to lie. They have to interpret magisterial documents( Vatican Council II, Creeds, Catechisms etc) with a factual error. They have to say invisible non Catholics are visible. They are examples of salvation outside the Church. They are visible  exceptions to EENS. So the past exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return is obsolete.This is all false but it is obligatory.

Otherwise they  may not be recognized by the Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin.

Catholics need to appeal to their cardinals and bishops.Ask them to stop this irrationality and heresy at home and in Rome.
