The Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, announced its first high profile excommunication for schism based upon Vatican Council II, irrational and not rational. This indicates that the SSPX bishops are some way down the line for a trial. Since they do not accept the innovation in faith and morals made in the name of Vatican Council II (irrational-Cushingite).This is considered a negation of the Council.
