1.          They must point out to the Novus Ordo Administration of the Franciscans of the Immaculate approved by Pope Francis, that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Tradition, since Lumen Gentium 16 etc refer to hypothetical cases only.So they accept Vatican Council II (Rational) and Traditiion.The DDF does not do this.

2.        They must refer to the following people/organisations (CEI,USCCB, Paulist Fathers etc) agreeing that Lumen Gentium 8,14,15,16 etc, refer to invisible people in the present times.So they are not exceptions for Tradition. In other words Pope Francis and the DDF have made a mistake.They are listed here as A. This is evidence of heresy and schism against Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez on social media.B refers to the graphics / icons cited below.

The Italian Bishops Conference (CEI) and the United States Conference of Bishops (USCCB) did not come to the support of President Joseph Biden a Catholic, who interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally and continues with the dishonesty. They are not expected to deny that Pope Francis, Cardinal Fernandez and the U.S cardinals are also interpreting the Council heretically and schismatically.

SECULAR JUDICIARY

1. They must inform the secular judiciary that LG 8,14,1,5,16 etc, refer to hypothetical cases. They are invisible cases for us human beings in 2024.This is  common knowledge. We cannot see the dead who are now in Heaven. They will be known only to God.

2.The President and Secretary of the Franciscans of the Immaculate new administration and the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, are dishonest when they project LG 8 etc, as exceptions for the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. 

In other words there are known non Catholics who are saved outside the Catholic Church in the present times. They would have to visible and known cases. Since invisible people cannot be exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athansius Creed etc.

3.If the F.I members of the Latin group do not accept this irrationality there is threat of schism. This is coercion.

4. The new Franciscans of the Immaculate Administration reject Church Documents ( Creeds, Catechisms etc) which support the past ecclesiocentrism and which are not contradicted by Vatican Council II (rational). It is the same with the DDF.There is no denial from them. They are not in communion with the popes and Magisterium over the centuries. Over the centuries the Church interpreted Church Documents rationally i.e without any exceptions.

5. There is the danger of an injustice being done to  the F.I as in the case of Archbishop Vigano by only referring to Vatican Council II vaguely, and not making the visible-invisible distinction.

6. The DDF/ F.I must be asked to accept seminarians/ students to the pontifical universities and seminaries who interpret Vatican Council II rationally i.e. LG 8 etc refer to hypothetical cases only.This is not being done.

They must reject candidates who interpret Vatican Council II irrationally i.e. LG 8 etc refer to personally visible cases in 2024 and so are practical exceptions for Tradition (EENS etc). This is duplicity.

Archbishop Carlo Vigano's canonists and secular lawyers must know that there is a New Discovery, a new interpretation of Vatican Council II. It is rational. SSPX has only to interpret Vatican Council II with the left hand side column and there is no break with their traditional beliefs on other religions, ecumenism and religious liberty

If the SSPX uses the left hand side (blue) column in the interpretation of Vatican Council II then Vatican Council does not contradict the Syllabus of Errors, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Catechism of Pope Pius X. So the traditional teaching is affimed on other religions, ecumenism and religious liberty when the rational column is used in the interpretation.

With the left hand side column 'imperfect communion with the Church'(UR 3) among Protestants is not a known exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
Since there is no contradiction or exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus, or need to enter the Catholiic Church with no known exceptions in 2014-2015. So there is no exception to the teaching on the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political laws.There is no known salvation outside the Church.
Since there is no salvation outside the Church  all political laws must have Jesus as its center as taught by the Catholic Church.
So the SSPX has only to interpret Vatican Council II with the left hand side column and Vatican Council II is no more a  break with their traditional beliefs on other religions, traditional ecumenism and religious liberty.

Bishop Bernard Fellay and Cardinal Walter Brandmuller have only to interpret Vatican Council II with the left hand side column and the Council is traditional on Islam and other religions

When Cardinal Walter Brandmuller and Bishop Bernard Fellay meet they could decide on one issue - Vatican Council II and other religions.It would be simple. They could  agree that Vatican Council II does not contradict the traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.So it is  traditional on the issue of Islam and other religions.
 
They both have to use the left hand side (blue) column in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.Then the Council does not contradict the Syllabus of Errors, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Catechism of Pope Pius X. So the traditional teaching is affimed on Islam and other religions with respect to the dogma.The rational column is used in the interpretation instead of the present irrational interpretation of the Council with the red column.
For example :

The SSPX and Cardinal Walter Brandmuller have only to interpret Vatican Council II with the left hand side column and Vatican Council II ( without the red column interpretation)  is no more a break with the Church Councls, popes and saints, on Islam and  the other great  religions, which are false paths to salvation.

I affirm the Creeds, Catechisms, First Commandment, Vatican Council II and other magisterial documents which I interpret without the false premise. The present two popes, do not do the same and neither do the ecclesiastics at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.They are supporting heresy and schism in the Church. This is a mortal sin of faith.

 I affirm the Creeds, Catechisms, First Commandment, Vatican Council II and other magisterial documents which I interpret without the false premise. The Congress of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, under Msgr. John Kennedy interprets Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms and Councils irrationally and so doctrinally are in a schism with the popes over history and they have declared Archbishop Vigano to be in schism. This is an objective error on teh Council , a factual mistake which can be verified in public.

 

The Congress of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, under Msgr. This is an objective error on the Council , a factual mistake which can be verified in public.

This is an objective error of the DDF in their interpretation of Vatican Council II. They have made a factual mistake, which is verifiable. Unlike in 1965, Catholics now know that Vatican Council II can be interpreted rationally and the conclusion is traditional.

Presently the DDF like Archbishop Vigano and Pope Francis are not interpreting Vatican Council II rationally. Nor will they comment on the many reports on the Internet which say that LG 8, 14,15,16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to hypothtical cases only. So they are not visible exceptions for the Athanasius Creed and the past eccclesiocentrism of the Catholic Church.

Pope Francis has told the National Catechetical Center in Italy that Vatican Council II has to be interpreted as he chooses only and that this will be magisterial and everyone has to accept it. He means the Council has to be interpreted with an irrational premise and inference to produce a non traditional, heretical, schismatic and dishonest conclusion.
