Archbishop Carlo Vigano's canonists and secular lawyers must know that there is a New Discovery, a new interpretation of Vatican Council II. It is rational. So it exposes the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II by the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith. Here is the evidence with coloured icons.
1.This would be the theological support he needs to prove only one simply point : LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to hypohetical cases only. This would be the work of Canonists who represent him. He could also make his appeal through social media or via his website, since this seems to be accepted by the DDF
Once this point ( invisible only cases of LG 16 etc) is accepted by the DDF the rest falls in place.They have to come back to Tradition whether they like it or not.Just making this point successfully would be the aim of his Canon lawyers.
2. The secular judiciary must be shown with these icons that the DDF interprets Vatican Council II with the irrational premise instead of the rational option. Then they coerceng Catholics to do the same with the threat of excommuncation.Those who do accept Vatican Council II , irrational with its new liberal doctrines are said not to be in communion with the Church.So a long line of traditionalists are expected to be put on trial.Since schism is ' a criminal case' many religious may have to go underground.- Lionel Andrades

Even John Allen at Crux, Edward Pentin at the National Catholic Register, Nicole Winfield at the Associated Press and Heidi Schlumpf and Joshua McElwee at the National Catholic Reporter agree that Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernandez interpret the Council irrationally and unethically like President Biden : the result is heresy on the Creeds and schism with the Magisterium over the centuries.CNA and CNS have no denial.

The Italian Bishops Conference (CEI) and the United States Conference of Bishops (USCCB) did not come to the support of President Joseph Biden a Catholic, who interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally and continues with the dishonesty. They are not expected to deny that Pope Francis, Cardinal Fernandez and the U.S cardinals are also interpreting the Council heretically and schismatically.

Archbishop Vigano has a right, canonically, to reject these public errors. He had a moral duty to reject Vatican Council II ( irrational) as held by the Vatican.

1. His Canonists must show the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith(DDF) that the DDF is in heresy and schism and that he affirms Vatican Council II and Tradition in harmony with the Magisterium over the centuries. There is no break with the Apostles and Church Fathers. So he is in communion with the Church over history, and the DDF and Pope Francis are not.
2. His secular lawyers must show that the DDF tells us a lie; they are dishonest when they interpret Vatican Council II dishonestly and want him to do the same.The excommunication is coercion. The DDF is asking Catholics to accept Vatican Council II with LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, Gs 22 etc, being visible exceptions for the past ecclesiocentrism and Tradition in general. These are ‘facts’. The DDF contradicts ‘the law’. Canon Law expects all juridical persons, like bishops, rectors etc, to affirm the Athanasius, Nicene and Apostles Creed, understood only rationally and so traditionally. The DDF is not doing this. This is a ‘public fact’.
Archbishop Vigano must change his approach over the next 60 days in which he has to appeal. Instead of another ‘broadside’ based upon Tradition, he must talk in terms of Vatican Council II rational and irrational.Vatican Council II, irrational, is the measuring rod being used by the DDF.It makes what he writes on Tradition obsolete.

So the issue is not just Vatican Council II in general- but specifically, interpreting the Council irrationally, with a fake premise and inference, to produce the desired political result. Only this is allowed.
The liberalism from Vatican Council II is foreign to the Church and can only be produced by interpreting the Council irrationally, confusing invisible cases as being visible- as did Pope Paul VI, Cardinal Alfredo Ottaviani, pro-prefect of the CDF and even Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, who rejected the non traditional conclusion. I accept Vatican Council II but I interpret it rationally so the conclusion would be traditional. This too could be schism for the DDF. CONCLUSION
1. Archbishop Vigano rejects the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II. This is expected of all cardinals, bishops, priests, religious sisters and juridical persons in the Catholic Church.
2.Pope Franics accepts the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II and rejects the rational option.
3. Pope Francis is not in communion with the Magisterium over the centuries. They interpreted Magisterium Documents ( Creeds, Councils etc) with a rational premise.Pope Francis chooses an irrational premise to produce an artificial rupture with Tradition which Archbishop Vigano rightly rejects.
Archbishop Vigano is in harmony with the popes over the centuries who are not contradicted by Vatican Council II rational.
