Pope Francis must accept Vatican Council II and all Church Documents which he must  interpret only rationally i.e. LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to hypothetical and invisible cases in 2024. So they do not contradict ‘the strict interpretation’ of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the past exclusivist ecclesiology. It is obligatory for the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, to accept all Creeds, Councils and Catechisms and to interpret them all only rationally – and ask all archbishops (including Carlo Maria Vigano) and the cardinals to do the same.

Presently, Bishop Bernard Fellay and the SSPX bishops, like Pope Francis are not interpreting and accepting  Vatican Council II interpreted rationally  i.e. Lumen Gentium 16 is an invisible and hypothetical case in 2024). So they do not have to affirm ‘the strict interpretation ‘of the dogma EENS, the Athanasius Creed (with no exceptions) and the Syllabus of Errors (an ecumenism of return with no known exceptions). - Lionel Andrades
